Lucero McNeill

Lucero McNeill joined Merrick Brock in October 2023 and brings more than 17 years of experience as a paralegal. She is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage the many moving parts of a personal injury case. Lucero works closely with John and is involved in every stage of the litigation process, helping ensure that cases move forward efficiently and that clients receive the support they need along the way.

Lucero thrives in a fast-paced environment and is valued for her reliability, dedication, and steady approach to problem solving. Her experience and commitment make her a key asset to the Merrick Brock team.

Outside the office, Lucero enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Much of her free time is spent staying active working out, cycling, and hiking with her family, or cheering on her sons at their soccer and basketball games. She also enjoys exploring Virginia and finding new places to visit.
