Rheannan “Rhe” Patterson

Rheannan Patterson joined Merrick Brock in January 2026 after transitioning from a career in education. Her background in the classroom sharpened the very skills that matter most in client care: listening carefully, communicating clearly, and helping people navigate stressful situations with confidence.

As Intake Specialist, Rhe plays an essential role at the very beginning of each case. For many clients, she is the first voice they hear and the first person who guides them through what can feel like an overwhelming process. She takes the time to answer questions, gather important information, and ensure that clients feel informed, respected, and supported from day one.

Rhe’s approachable demeanor and steady presence allow her to build genuine connections quickly. She understands that every case represents a real person facing real challenges, and she treats each interaction with patience and care.

Outside the office, Rhe enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves line dancing, working out, and attending concerts — especially when it means sharing the experience with the people she cares about most.
